Threat of Terrorism

Terrorism remains a real threat to the safety and security of Canadians. Since the September 11, 2001 attacks on the United States (US), there have been numerous major terrorist acts committed across the globe, including the Madrid and London transit bombings. Canada and Canadians are not immune to terrorism, within Canada or abroad.
