The Canadian Centre for Intelligence and Security Studies, the Norman Paterson School of International Affairs, Carleton University has produced a series of unclassified papers for ITAC documenting current trends in terrorism. These reports deal with topics of priority concern to Canada’s security and law enforcement community. In addition to being posted on this website, the studies were distributed by ITAC to government officials, first responders, law enforcement officers, and others, as appropriate.
